Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds or returns unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at fightclub5@fightclub5.com with photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away with proof (such as photos or video). Approved claims will be replaced or refunded depending on availability.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If approved, we will send a replacement.


Refunds (Only for Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If your damaged/incorrect item claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear.
